One of my favorite quotes from author, motivational speaker and business expert Marie Forleo is, “The most powerful words in the Universe are the ones we say to ourselves.”

The stories we tell ourselves can be so subtle because we think they’re just” The way we are” or “the way things are” but what if they’re not?
