How many times have you said to yourself, “I am here for you”?
Not enough? Never?
I was reading a book by the Zen Monk, Thich Nhat Hahn when I came across this statement about being there for yourself.
It immediately struck a chord with me because being able to say, "I am here for you" to yourself is an amazing practice of self-love and healing.
Think about it, just being there for you as you would for anyone else.
Asking what you need and then supporting that.
Nothing could be more valuable to a healthy, fulfilling lifestyle than being your own best support system.
