This week we have an amazing guest Tanya Saunders, who I met at a conference this past September.  

She will be sharing her experience and telling you about a simple, but amazing practice you can use in for healing called, Pause Breathwork. 

One of the things I see women struggle with all the time after breast cancer is unhappiness with their physical appearance. They're angry with the fact they got cancer and questioning what happened to give them cancer. They struggle with angersadness, and trauma.  

If they’re brave enough to talk about these feelings, they often dismiss them by sayingI should just be grateful I’m alive.” Tanya will talk about why it’s okay to sit in that space of feeling angryvictimized or resentful.  

We often tend to let emotions such as stress, guilt, and the fear of unworthiness pile up.

The body needs to release the unhealed wounds from fear, anger and resentment that we let build up inside from traumatic life events in order to heal from them. 

Tanya uses Pause Breathwork which is a method where certified facilitators use various continual breath patterns, to break down emotions in the body that stay stuck and create stress in our energetic body. Breathwork practice allows us to reconnect with our bodies, to feel deeply & to understand and experience our own unique internal energy. 

With breathwork, the healing process can begin to help you reconnect with those feelings, and embrace them allowing you to heal. Understanding that there's nothing wrong with how you feel, is really when you can start healing.
